Property in Faraya
Keserwan, Mount Lebanon
Faraya is where Lebanon goes to ski. Sitting above 1,500 metres in the Keserwan mountains, it fills from December through March for the slopes at Mzaar and empties into something much quieter for the rest of the year. Property here is bought for two reasons: a place of your own for the season, or a chalet that earns through it.
- The closest village to the Mzaar slopes, Lebanon largest ski area
- Strong short-let demand through the winter, which is what makes chalets here an investment rather than only a second home
- Around an hour and a half from Beirut, and cool enough to be worth the drive in August too
