Privacy

Most websites open with a banner asking permission to track you. This one has nothing to ask permission for, so there is no banner. Here is exactly what happens when you visit.

What we do not do

  • Set any cookies. Not one, not even a "necessary" one.
  • Store your IP address.
  • Track you across other websites.
  • Load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising tracker.
  • Sell, share or hand your details to anyone.
  • Show you adverts, here or anywhere else.

What we do count

We count visits with Umami, a privacy-first counter that sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses. It only ever sees the details below, and they are never used for advertising.

Which pages were viewed, and when
So we know which properties people are actually interested in.
Whether the visit came from a phone or a computer, and roughly which country
A lot of our clients are abroad. This tells us how many.
Which site you arrived from, if any
Only the site name, never the full address or anything you searched for.
A scrambled code standing in for "one visitor"
It lets us count people without knowing who they are. It is built so it cannot be turned back into your details, and it is reset regularly, so a visit cannot be followed over time.

If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, we record nothing at all.

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation lives in WhatsApp under their terms, the same as any other chat. We keep a note of which property you asked about so we can help you properly.

If you leave a voice message, we store the recording and the email address you gave, so we can listen and reply. Nothing else, and no phone number is required. Ask us and we will delete it.

Want anything removed?

Message us and we will delete whatever we hold about you. No forms, no process, no arguing.
