Lines Group has been doing this since 2012, and is small on purpose. You deal with the same person from the first message to the day you get the keys, and that person has stood inside every property we list.
Roughly half of the people we work with are not in the country when they start looking. That shapes how we do things: proper photographs, video walkthroughs on request, and straight answers about the title and the paperwork before anyone books a flight.
How we work
- We tell you what is wrong with a place
- Every property has something. A dark bedroom, a shared title, a lift that is older than the building code. You will hear it from us before you drive across town.
- We do not list what we have not seen
- If a photo is on this site, someone from Lines Group took it or stood where it was taken. No borrowed listings, no recycled photos from other agencies.
- We work in USD and say so
- Prices are quoted in US dollars because that is how property is bought and sold here. No surprises at the notary.
- We know the coast and the hills properly
- Kaslik, Jounieh, Beirut, the Metn and Jbeil, street by street. Looking somewhere else in Lebanon? Ask anyway. We will tell you what we know and bring in people we trust where we need to.
