What working with us is like

You get a person, not a portal

Message us about any listing and you talk to someone who has stood in the room.

We know these areas street by street

Kaslik, Jounieh, Beirut, the Metn and Jbeil. Ask us about anywhere else in Lebanon too, we will either know it or know someone who does.

Buying from abroad is normal here

Video walkthroughs, title checks, notary and power of attorney. We handle the distance.

What clients actually said

No wasted trips, no pressure at the end.

We saw four apartments in one afternoon, all of them actually matching what we asked for. No wasted trips, no pressure at the end.

The only one who told me my asking price was too high.

Three agencies had the same listing. Lines Group was the only one who actually visited, took proper photos, and told me my asking price was too high.

They answered every question about the deed before I even asked.

I was calling from Dubai and expected the usual runaround. They sent me a video the same evening and answered every question about the deed before I even asked.

Where we work

All areas

Klayaat

Keserwan

Klayaat sits on the Keserwan ridge with the sea on one side and the mountains on the other, which is why so much of what sells here is sold on the view. It is a village rather than a suburb, and land is still available in sizes that have largely disappeared closer to the coast.

Ballouneh

Keserwan

Ballouneh is one of the Keserwan hill villages that people move to for the air. It is high enough to stay cool through August, green through the year, and still a straightforward drive down to Jounieh and the coast for work or school.

Sarba

Keserwan

Sarba is a coastal town in Keserwan with its own motorway exit, which is most of why people choose it. You are on the seafront side of the caza, you are on the highway rather than twenty minutes above it, and the buildings are newer than much of what surrounds them. Beirut is a straight run south.

Zouk Mikael

Keserwan

Zouk Mikael kept its old town when most of the coast did not. The restored souk and the Roman-style amphitheatre that hosts the summer festival sit a few streets above a busy commercial main road, which is an unusual combination and the reason shops here hold their value.

Zouk Mosbeh

Keserwan

Zouk Mosbeh is where Keserwan does everyday life. It runs from the coastal highway up the hillside, takes in Adonis and the university at Notre Dame, and it is the address people choose when they want the schools, the shops and the commute to work without paying for a sea view they would rarely sit and look at.

Faraya

Keserwan

Faraya is where Lebanon goes to ski. Sitting above 1,500 metres in the Keserwan mountains, it fills from December through March for the slopes at Mzaar and empties into something much quieter for the rest of the year. Property here is bought for two reasons: a place of your own for the season, or a chalet that earns through it.
