2-Bedroom Chalet for Sale in Faraya with Mountain Views

A 70m² chalet for sale in one of the few genuinely central positions in Faraya, directly on the roundabout by I Love Faraya. Location is most of the value in a mountain property: it decides whether you drive to everything or walk to it.

Two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a salon with an open kitchen. There is a heating system already in place, which is not a given here and is expensive to add later. Two balconies look out over the Faraya mountains.

Asking $95,000 plus 2.5% brokerage fees. The owner is selling under the going rate for the area, so it is worth seeing early rather than late.
